Terms of Service — Twitch Short Bot

1. Service. Twitch Short Bot ("the Service") is a web application that converts the operator's own Twitch video-on-demand recordings into short vertical videos and uploads them to the operator's own TikTok account.
2. Eligibility and account. By using the Service, you confirm that you own or hold the necessary rights to all content you process and upload.
3. User content. You are solely responsible for the content you process and publish, and for complying with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
4. No warranty. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5. Limitation of liability. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
6. Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
